Inclusion Criteria
In the Exemplar Catalog, we include artifacts that align with all or most of the criteria of an indicator. We also focus on artifacts that we think do a good job of documenting and sharing the program’s processes. The QM Toolkit is action-oriented and we strive to capture that feeling in this Catalog. We aim to highlight artifacts that share tools, resources, or other strategies that programs have built to ensure quality in service and that may be useful resources for other programs to access. We will continue to add exemplars over time to grow this resource created by and for our QM users. Use the link below to submit a new exemplar for consideration in the Catalog.
