Description: An abridged syllabus from the University of Houston for a course on Special Education for School Leaders. The course assignments, on pages 2 and 3 of this artifact, show scaffolded opportunities for candidates to engage in real-world learning while expanding the application of their learning as they advance in the course.
Why we selected this as an exemplar: We thought this artifact did a great job of clearly showing how the assignments built on one another and supported candidate growth across the course of the semester.
