- State Education Governance Matrix. Compiled by the National Association of State Boards of Education, this matrix shows how State Boards, School Officers, and Board Chairs are chosen, the number of voting board members and length of term, and other details for each state board across the country.
- Introducing TNTP’s New National K-12 Teacher and Student Demographic Dashboards. This blog entry from TNTP introduces their publicly accessible teacher and student demographic dashboards, available for each state in the country and DC.
2. Examples of state educator preparation initiatives
- CCSSO Network for Transforming Educator Preparation. This website gives a description and resources that came from the Task Force on Transforming Educator Preparation and Entry into the Profession.
- CCSSO Diverse and Learner-Ready Teachers Initiative. This website describes the Diverse and Learner-Ready Teachers Initiative, which engaged 10 states and 30 national organizations in 2018.
